Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- With store management team install monthly Floor Set 
- With store management team use store financial analysis and KPI’s to influence product placement 
- Receive and communicate monthly Floor Set and Floor Set Guide to store team 
- Apply and maintain all VM standards to the Visual Standards Guide 
- Train store team in brand vision, floor sets and visual standards 
- Providing additional support according to business need
- Put together seasonal buy books for Merchandiser and Selling Specialists
- Implement Merchandising Standards and Floor Plans as directed by Corp.
- Work with Merchandising team on Initiating and setting up in-store programs, events and promotions when necessary
- Direct and support new shop opening
- Implement stock room standards
- Provide feedback from the field to ensure clear and consistent directives and communications are being provided to the Merchandise Coordinators

- Yearly VM budget planning and management

- Work with Merchandising team on Initiating and setting up in-store programs, events and promotions when necessary.

Qualifications include:
- Organized and hands-on Visual Merchandising Manager 
- Min 7 years working experience in retail/fashion industry (management level or above)
- Multinational company experienced preferred 
- Excellent knowledge of luxury brands and trend awareness
- Commercial awareness and influencing skills to develop VM standard across stores
- Proven record of various creative projects and enjoy working as part of fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Can do approach 
- Communicable English communication skills
- Ability to travel required at times
