Major responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
 
IT Support:
Act as the 1st level service desk and desk support for infrastructure-related user incidents.
Support the following Retail systems with outsourced local/global vendors as Level 2
(POS, Meraki, Traffic counter, Sound system, Mobile applications, and Office applications)
 
IT Operations:
Maintain the healthy condition of Corporate and Store IT services by understanding the infrastructure and end-user computing environment (Active Directory, Network, Printers, Office suite).
Manage Corporate Infrastructure and POS equipment (ordering, installation, and testing).
Manage Corporate equipment (PCs, printers, scanners and mobile devices).
Implement system changes and small- to mid-scale projects for infrastructure operation.
Act as the point of contact for system change management associated with the above environment.
 
Project Management:
Support and execute new/relocation store openings (may include off-hours installation) and communicate with various local/global partners and departments.
Deliver business and Global IT infrastructure demands based on the agreed IT prioritization to ensure delivery effectiveness and efficiency.
Report all progress in infrastructure operations by tracking all activities in internal and external resources to deliver timely updates to IT and business teams and ensure the right decisions are taken.
 
Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of IT experience
• Experience in Retail industry is a plus
• Experience with international POS operation is a plus
• Experience as ServiceDesk in an international company is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with the user community and vendors.
• Desire to learn application management to grow.
• Open to a learning mindset.
