[주요업무]
- Provide support to Regional and Local Service organizations through Service Ticket system.
- Initiate and Support Customer Complaint Investigations.
- Generate and disseminate detailed product knowledge, including specifications, instructional materials and troubleshooting information.
- Act as Customer advocate internally and externally.

- Engineering background in development, production or customer service for medical device.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- BS/BA in Biomedical engineering or related discipline
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
[우대사항]
- Experience with DICOM, WiFi and other Networking in Medical Environment.
- 5 years or more customer service support of medical devices.
- Experience with Ultrasound medical imaging diagnostics equipment.
- English Technical Writing Experience.
- Project Management Experience.
