담당업무
- Create process documentation/workflows - Collect and document business requirements for project and process
improvement/automation efforts - Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process
improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases - Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes
are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon
service levels - Review our current sales tools (Salesforce) and clearly identify what
the system necessities are (Salesforce or new tool) - Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to
highlight areas of improvement or concerns - Identify issues and risks - Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management - Participate in the problem solution

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력5년↑
- Previous working experience as a Business or Process Analyst - Experience with sales end to end tools (e.g. Salesforce or other) - Experience in sales process automation - Experience in tools that support in workflow / process analysis - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Outstanding communication and presentation skills - Critical thinker - Creative problem solver - Great analytical skills - Data-driven approach * 계약직->추후 정규직 전환가능
