-  Reports to : Brand General Manager  

           >> 1. Sales Operation and Administration Support 

                    >> Sales data and report generation 

                    >> Counter stock management support 

                    >> Communication with relevant teams and stakeholders to deal with requests from counters 

                    >> Support overall field related operations 

           >> 2. Marketing Operation Support 

                    >> Support on marketing activities and data management 

           >> 3. Team Administration 

                   >> Support overall team activities 

                   >> General affairs administration for the Brands 

QUALIFICATIONS 

- University-level education  

- +0.5 experience preferred  

- Cosmetic/Retail industry experience preferred 

- Effective communication skills  

- Meticulous skills 

- Fast & Prompt action taking 

- Spoken & Written English
