담당업무
1) Hour service/warranty: - Inspect all inbound goods at customer plant (Changwon) - Request new parts/goods for missing, defective and damaged ones - Do the repair work for repairable goods - Handle electrical failures, including software updates/changes - Identify & report every case to Key customer support team (HQ) and
engineering leader - Track issues with quality department at HQ and ensure the customer will
get the adequate replies & solutions in time 2) Customer support: - Deliver important information pertaining to changes or obsolescence in
circulars issued by HQ - Involve filed service activities when HQ requires - Visit customers on a regular basis in order to resolve any outstanding
technical issues, and gather feedback and information

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력6년↑
- Require at least 6 years’ relevant experience - Require customer support/warranty work experience in machinery industry - Require hand-on work and repair capability - Prefer to having knowledge of the industrial diesel engine including
electronic control and exhaust after-treatment systems - Require long-term business travel to customer plant (Changwon) - Prefer education in Mechatronic or Electrical engineering - Must be able to communicate in English - Good team player with ability to work independently - Good interpersonal and communication skills
