Warranty Related Support
Assessment of product complaints for warranty eligibility, based on the criteria provided. Using the appropriate departmental procedures, document eligibility decision and warranty claim records in systems.
Communicate eligibility decisions to the local/regional functions responsible for the claims processing.
As required interact with healthcare professionals and their customers as they enquire about the warranty eligibility of their complaint.
job QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification as minimum, higher level desirable.
- Experience in customer facing or service roles.
- Experience in the healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical industry would be a strong advantage.
- Ability to comply with clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ability to comply with Good Documentation practices applicable to Pharmaceutical/Medical Device requirements.
- Familiar with working with databases and Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, etc.) would be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree / Fluent English(Written & Verbal)필수
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies
- Fluent in Korean. Another APAC language (Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese…) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) is a requirement.
- Ability to comply with quality systems procedure and policies.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations.
- Able to work effectively in a team/matrix environment.
- Able to collaborate effectively across cultural, language and time zone barriers.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
