Description u Technical installation, start-up and
maintenance of products, systems and applications on site. u Training for customers. u Conducts comprehensive complaint processing,
diagnostics, fault analyses and measurements on site. u Acts as the interface with the customer for
communication and documentation purposes. u Communicates and develops technical analyses
as well as solutions together with all interfaces (to prevent errors from
reoccurring). u Develops knowledge in the areas of service,
installation, start-up and training in order to bring about lasting
improvements in products, systems, applications and service activities. u Continuously introduces improvements to
solutions for installed products and systems. u Documents service activities in the relevant
EDB systems (CRM and SAP etc.). u Provides technical support for internal
departments (R&D, Portfolio Management, Sales/ADM, E&C, etc.) regarding
service-specific know-how.
자격요건
- 학력 : 전문대졸업 이상 - 경력 : 2년 이상 - 국내외 밸브사 근무 경험 필수 - 영어 읽기 가능자 우대 - 성실하신 분
