Objectives                   

1. 국내외 계열사의 조직의 합법성 확보 및 이를 위한 Compliance

2. 안정적인 사업 운영을 위한 국내외 계열사 법률적인 리스크 관리

[Main Tasks and Descriptions]

Contract Review and its management                                       

Review contracts considering the company's interest and the business departments/ request    

Draft or update contract templets for the business departments                                       

Quarterly review the signatory ledger and LMS                                       

Legal advisory and compliance                                    

Provide legal advice regarding subcontract, anti-trust, personal Information protection etc.       

Stay informed of the new regulation/guidelines                                     

Provide training materials quarterly regarding for the business departmenmts compliance.       

Support internal meeting and company registration                                

Filing of the BOD and shareholders' meeting minutes                                        

Filing of the company registration documents                  

Safe keeping of the company seal                                

[ Requirements ]

학사 이상 / 법학, 국제법학, 행정학                    

계약서 검토 및 자문에 필요한 관련 법 

: (민법/상법/공정거래법/하도급법/저작권법 및 기타 지식재산권 관련 법/부정경쟁방지법/개인정보보호법 등) 대한 기본지식 보유            

영문계약서 작성 및 검토 가능자 (우대)                                                         

영미법 등의 이해 (contract, international transaction, 상법, 민법, 지식재산권법 등) (우대)       

패션 관련 비즈니스에 대한 이해, 회사 process 및 내부규정 이해 (회사 규정 및 업무등 실무 지식)                                                          

효과적인 Communication skill 및 논리적인 Writing skill, 문서 작성능력                             

탁월한 people management 및  coordiation skill                                                        

영어: 상                                                     

3년 ~5년경력자 (단, 변호사의 경우 신입도 가능)
