담당업무

- Launch the e-commerce channels

- Sales forecast, set targets and drive to achieve with tangible action plans

- Define and monitor e-commerce KPIs

- Operate & manage the e-commerce channels

- Merchandizing plan with ownership over stock strategy, forecasting, product publishing and catalog maintenance

- Ensure the right stock coverage for the e-commerce channel

- Work closely with marketing, sales, merchandizing/logistics on market needs, optimizing marketing campaigns for e-commerce channels, managing stock level and overseeing order / delivery operation

- Work closely with external business partners to maximize brand exposure & online business opportunities

- Provide performance and sales data analysis with action plans

- Provide insight on customer behavior, any special launch to create traffic and generate sales

- Customer service care and CRM request coordination

- Identify operation / commercial issues and work out the solutions for improvement

- Gather and analyze local market competition information.

자격요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : 경력7년↑

- Minimum 7 years of experience in the area of e-commerce and/or digital merchandizing with at least 3 years of managerial position with successful track record, preferably gained from luxury retail industry

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Pragmatic and result oriented

- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills

- Mature, stable and presentable

- Good business sense and strategic thinking and high integrity

- Excellent interpersonal skills 

- Strong understanding of the luxury online customer behavior and demands to develop brand’s strategic e-commerce plan in line with the overall company’s objectives
