담당업무
- 현장 Trouble Shooting, 기술분석 리포트, 현장 매뉴얼 작성, SAP/CRM 관리 등 - Technical installation, start-up and maintenance of products, systems and applications on site. - Training for customers. - Conducts comprehensive complaint processing, diagnostics, fault analyses and measurements on site. - Acts as the interface with the customer for communication and documentation purposes. - Communicates and develops technical analyses as well as solutions together with all interfaces (to prevent errors from reoccurring). - Develops knowledge in the areas of service, installation, startup and training in order to bring about lasting improvements in products, systems, applications and service activities. - Continuously introduces improvements to solutions for installed products and systems. - Documents service activities in the relevant EDB systems (CRM and SAP etc.). - Provides technical support for internal departments (R&D, Portfolio Management, Sales/ADM, E&C, etc.) regarding service-specific know-how.

학력: 전문대졸 이상 2.
경력 2~5년차 AS 경험자, FSE 경험자, Technical Sales 경험자 등 우대 3.
주요업무: 현장 Trouble
Shooting, 기술분석 리포트, 현장 메뉴얼 작성, SAP/CRM 관리 등 4.
우대조건: 국내/해외 밸브사 근무 경험 우대, 5.
