[Job Description] - Define business objectives/goals, develop & execute business plans to expand Company business in Korea - Generating sales pipeline and close new logo contract to contribute business growth - Communicate with global solution team to develop solution and proposal to the client - Communication with client for proposal & pricing with Company value - Leading sales engagement with sales support team for new sales contract - Deliver financial objectives of the company - Enhance effective communication within the Korean operations team and cross functional group to achieve company goals - Ensure sales forecast accuracy - Allocate resource and obtain appropriate resources to meet company’s business objective & customer requirements - Ensure all subordinates adhere closely to company’s guidelines and procedures in all work-related matters - Manage price list and set appropriate discount authorization - Work out and implement marketing plan - Manage the operation of sales & marketing team - Build a stable & professional sales and marketing team
[Requirements] - Experience ? At least 8 to 10 years of sales experience in a management position and preferably with previous work experience in BPO industry. - Experience in Service industry like IT service or BPO service or Consulting service - Able to communicate with English - Required Skill ? Ability to market and promote activities, supervise operation teams, resource allocation, offer approve on offers with discount level beyond the authorized level of the subordinates and account for sales and marketing expenses and sales and service operations - Preferred Skills ? Demonstrate strong selling & customer handing skills and possesses the ability to provide guidance and proper feedback to all subordinates and resolve conflicts within team and across functional groups. Plan, direct and monitor the activities of the sales team within Korea in terms of product line, or market segment to achieve established sales target.
