- Operating a safe and productive chemical warehouse

- Responsible specifically for executing day to day business, leading local team, escalating issues, and coordinating

- Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory, material handling, and shipping requirements by understanding regulations

- Meets or exceeds warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees to meet stakeholder requirements; following up on work results

- Communicates with Operations Director and Accounting Team to achieve financial objectives by reviewing budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and possible corrective actions

- Manages warehouse staff performance by coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, and appraising job results

- 화학물 창고 operation 경력

- 팀장으로서 팀원 관리 경험

- 영어 능통
