Contribute to the daily administration and coordination of the Corporate Sales channel business

[ACCOUNTABILITIES]
Overall operational support on CS channel
- Daily updates on sell-thru and inventory data reports, and find the consumer insights through data analysis 

- Inventory management support for appropriate stock building by each channel 

- Cost processing support aligned with the timeline for budget management

[Offline; Outlets, The Company Store]
- Monthly promotion execution support to drive sales 

- Building a history and supporting store operations through data collection and organization 

- Monthly closing report support 

- Contract-related tasks
[Online; Employee mall, F&F sale]
- Support on online event planning and execution 

- Sales data reconciliation for accurate sales reflection through cross checking with the CS & Finance team

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree 

2. Experience: New / Internship or short-term working experience is preferred 

3. Competencies:

  - Proactive and entrepreneur spirit with creativity 
  - Good communication and interpersonal skill to well cooperative with diverse stakeholders 
  - Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) 
  - A good command of English is preferred
