* 회사소개 : 유명 외국계 산업용 가스 회사 This position will primary responsibilities in supporting all aspects of the daily plant operations at Ochang plant, customer & business interface, EH&S, maintenance planning, budget planning including employees training. In addition, this role is responsible for operational reliability, implementing productivity improvements and coordinating efforts with other teams while keeping safety as the top priority. Ochang plant manager reports to PG business manager. 1. Reporting to the business manager or other senior managers as required. 2. Management of the site Basic Safety Process 3. Ensure environmental compliance in accordance with **** corporate and regional regulations 4. Understand safe operating, design, permit limits, actively practice alarm management 5. Directly supervise site team 6. Support of all aspects of the day-to-day operation that will include troubleshooting plant process problems, supervising daily plant activities and driving plant projects. 7. Identify maintenance concerns, develop, and implement corrective measures with the maintenance team, carry out site preventive maintenance and mechanical integrity programs 8. Interface with customer and the *** business team 9. Implement and share best practice 10. Investigate incidents and near misses, understand and correct the root cause of failures * REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 1. 화학업종에서 최소 15년 이상 관련 경력 2. Packaged Gas 업계에서 업무 경험 우대 3. 학력: Bachelor of Science in Engineering / 공학 계열 전공자 4. 영어 말하기/읽기/쓰기 비즈니스 레벨 5. MS Office, Word, PPT, Exel 활용 관련 서류 및 교육자료 작성,발표 【 접수기간 및 방법】 |
