[채용 포지션] Retail Planning Manager (영업기획) (팀장 / Korea, Japan and Taiwan 담당)

[담당업무]
1) Lead the Retail Planner(s), the Retail Planning Manager is responsible for:
- Securing the most up-to-date 2,3 and 5-year Strategic Plan and brand goals from leadership and finance
- Determining the annual and seasonal retail targets for review and approval by leadership and finance
- Build and reconcile top-down and bottom up Merchandise Financial Plan, ensure alignment and validation of the plan with DTC and marketplace leads
- Partner with commercial planning and sales planning to:
+ Ensure the consolidation of the merchandise financial plans across product groups and DTC channels for one market and APAC view
+ Identify opportunity of revenue and gap in inventory by class level
+ Validate demand signal changes, inventory trajectory, and flow planning by season and inventory class, capturing business opportunities, and managing potential risks in sales, inventory, and margin.
+ Plan, Drive, and Track Inventory Management, includes Markdown, Promotion Planning, Distress Inventory Management
- Manage carry-over and core classics supply and inventory
- Consolidating and reviewing flow plans, provide regular forecasts for DC capacity planning
- Reviewing and validating the in-season (open to buy) plans and actions
- Reviewing markdown and promotional strategies and actions outside of plans
- The development of the team’s capabilities, analytical skills and business knowledge through coaching and on the job monitoring/training
2) Partner with Store Planning and Allocation Team in:
- Managing in-season process and markdowns/promotions recommendation
- Driving business objectives, metrics and maximize sales and inventory management
- Analyzing weekly sales achievement and support the analyst in strategy development to improve business Result
- Identify Business opportunities and gap as well as find action plan to optimize the opportunities and mitigate the risk to meet business goals.
3) Partner with Retail Buying by:
- Supports Retail Buying in the development of the buy plans.
- Supports the development and execution of category, market, in-store and campaign strategies based on analytics and market intelligence.
- Managing the in-season (open to buy) process
- Conducting End-of Season Hind-sighting
- Working with Visual Merchandising on space planning
4) The Retail Planning Manager will also:
- Review the potential improvements in tools and process
- Participate in store visits (internal) and competitor market visits (external) to understand retail trends and consumer needs
- Resolve the escalation of inventory status issues (overstocks, late deliveries, short shipments) with Ops Planning & Forecasting, Retail Buyers,
Retail Analyst as needed
[자격요건]
- 관련 경력 7년 이상
- People Management 경력 3년 이상
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in : English
- Other Asian language is a plus : Korean, Mandarin, and Japanese
