백화점영업 Retail Manager - 외국계기업

베스트파트너스는 2011년에 설립된 회사로 자본금 1억원 사원수 10명 규모의 중소기업입니다. 서울 마포구 큰우물로 75 (도화동)에 위치하고 있습니다.

[Job Description]

·         Build and maintain close working relationship with department buyer.

·         Plan for the opening of new and renewal of existing shops in terms of shop furnishing and architecture, space negotiation, product selection, staff hiring within required time and budget.

·         Manage KPI shop by shop and communicate with shop manager to improve KPI Status.

·         Manage manpower allocation and the work schedule of all shop employees in terms of overtime, leave, absence, reporting late for work, getting cooperation from department store buyers.

·         Carry out regular visit on all shops to collect market information and to ensure of display quality according to visual merchandising concept, proper use of communication materials, shop tidiness and cleanliness.

·         Prepare monthly sales report by shop and department store managers for submission to sales manager domestic.

·         Handle all information inquiry from department store offices.

·         Inform shop opening & closing, renewal, special sales event data and detail to other department staff.

·         Prepare special event plan report including event Lay-out, sales forecast, and promotional activities.

·         Support the sales staff to make a success of the sales promotion activities.

·         Upgrade brand value, communicate and discuss with each department buyer.

·         Communicate and prepare for sales staff training issues with training manager.


       [Job Requirement]

         ·        University Bachelor’s degree

  ·         Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within multinational company

  ·         Background in Retail industry

  ·         Excellent Communication Skill, Presentation, Project Management Skills

  ·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  ·         Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
