[채용 포지션] Sr. Retail Allocator

[담당업무]
This position is responsible for managing the allocation and replenishment process for retail stores to ensure proper initial merchandise assortments, quantities and sizes by stores to meet the company's objectives in achieving sales, inventory management and profitability. Collects, evaluates, and analyzes all relevant data for designated category/categories of business.
In alignment with Allocation Manager this position will own, develop and manage allocation and replenishment process and strategies for retail stores by active partnership with Retail Buying, Retail Planning and Retail Operations.
Role Responsibilities
The Senior Retail Allocator is responsible for:
· Completing analytics and other tasks to support DTC business by:
o Creating the allocation plan and ensure timely execution
o Monitoring store stock levels and sales trends through Allocation tools and analytics
o Completing analytics to support balancing stock within stores and across channels as needed
o Reviewing production order status to understand inventory status issues (overstocks, late deliveries, short shipments) and potential impacts and raise concerns
o Reviewing inventory to ensure support of seasonal marketing initiatives
o Reviewing Out of Stock Report and Slow Productivity products and generate action plan to improve stock availability and productivity.
· Managing the allocation of stocks to stores, balancing stock within stores and across channels as needed
· Setting and maintaining data in POS systems, BI & Allocation tools
· Generating and reviewing in season and post season analytics that could help hind-sighting
· Perform analytics and identify opportunities and actions based on the insights.
· Ensure effective two-ways communications with key stakeholders on inventory issues or needs
· Generating and reviewing in-season and post-season analytics that could help hind-sighting and improve the business
The Senior Retail Allocator will also:
· Participate in store visits (internal) and competitor market visits (external) to understand retail trends and consumer needs
· Attending meetings as appropriate to learn new skills and increase business knowledge
· Mentoring Retail Allocator to ensure smooth knowledge transfer as well as part of personal development
[자격 요건]
- College degree or above
- Related experience of 5~10 years in the retail industry
- English is a must. Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is an advantage
- Good analytical skills and attention-to-detail to analyze and interpret high amount of data and determine the implications
- Intermediate skills in numerical and quantitative analysis
- Proficient in MS Excel and BI tools
