Job Title: Finance Officer (Location: Cheonan City)

 

Key Responsibilities:

? Managing and coordinating financial transactions with major banks.

? Enhancing operational efficiency through financial management and process optimizations.

? Handling and managing the company’s payment-related tasks.

? Conducting cost analysis and implementing cost-reduction strategies.

? Managing budgets and monitoring expenditures to ensure financial stability.

? Preparing accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

? Developing financial plans that align with company objectives.

? Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

? Supporting internal and external financial audits.

? Developing and maintaining internal control procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and laws.

? Leading financial audits and implementing recommended improvements.

? Experience in managing and operating employee corporate card systems and payments.

 

Requirements:

? A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or a related field.

? 3 to 10 years of experience in Finance, with a preference for candidates with experience in the automotive industry.

? Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

? The capacity to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

? Willingness and ability to travel abroad for business as required by the company.

? A valid driver's license.

? Basic English communication skills.

? Proficiency in accounting software (Douzone, SMART A) and MS Office (especially Excel).

 

Preferences:

? Experience in HKMC automotive business sector.

? Experience in the finance/accounting department of a public company.
