This role will lead KR S&OP and manage supply planning for part of the portfolio that Korea carries as a key member of the organization, and extensive opportunity of exposure to the global team will be given. This role will interface with various global SCM teams, local Marketing & Finance and JV partners as well as KR SCM team including Logistics/DP, RA and 3PL. Acting with autonomy, this role is ideal for someone who seeks for challenges and growth to be a leader in the future. 

자격요건

- A minimum of 3 ~10 years’ experience in Demand/Supply planning OR other SCM 

  field, preferably in FMCG industry
- Advanced user of Excel
- Attention to details
- Fluency in English and Korean, both written and verbal
- Proven record of quick adaptability and fast learner
- Positive and flexible mindset/passion to learn and improve
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- SAP experience is a plus
