l모집인원 

Precision machinery 필드 엔지니어 (2년 이상) 

    • Provide on-site installation, validation and alignment of products.
      - Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
      - Provide on-site training to the customers.
      - Interface with cross function work teams such as application and design engineers, manufacturing and sales team for continuous improvement of performance, reliability and customer satisfaction.
      - Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
      - Timely and professionally handle field service calls including night call and issues arising from the field service visits, triage with field applications as appropriate.
      - Create and maintain service information in the company database.
      - Learning new products and provide on service support in cooperate with clients.
      - Others : Working knowledge of MS outlook, MS office, Excel / Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
       

        
- Education/degree : Bachelor's degree preferred, associate of science degree highly desirable in electronics 
- Good communication skills in English preferred
- technical subject is highly desirable.
- Electrical engineering knowledge for printing technology is advantage.
- +2 years technical field service experience working on study of Machinery industry.
- Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshooting of electrical and machinery products.
- Background in industrial electrical, mechanical systems.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret electrical scheme/drawings.
