To
implement, monitor and review global and regional initiatives
To
establish, maintain and continually improve the local management systems
and performance of the plant in the areas of safety, health, and
environment. This involves active leadership, coordination, and
participation in all relevant aspects of the site.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve
key performance indicators (KPI) as defined for Safety
Participate
in monthly, weekly or daily meetings to raise and review Safety issues
with the site team and supervisors.
Ensure
safety documents and procedures are controlled, updated and publicized in
a timely manner.
Detailed Duties:
Degree/Formal Qualification/Training in an associated
discipline.
Minimum of two years at SHE work, or engineering, or
supervisory responsibilities.
Good working knowledge of environmental and safety
regulations.
Experience with Environmental System Management
Ability to work in a matrix organization using
influence to manage others
Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written skills
