Key responsibilities - Responsible for achieving sales goals across Supplements EUM.
- In collaboration with the BD team, Build and co-own the Supplements Health Roadmap plan and project pipeline for Korea market with focus on Supplements customers.
- Aligned to defined strategic and tactical targets, strong focus on building and converting projects to sales.
- Accountable for budget building and deliverables, bringing clarity on must win projects and accounts.
- Shape and partner with dedicated distributors, OEM/ODM and selected direct customers.
- Working hand in hand with our BD team, support in the development of concepts to engage customers and further commercial engagements and project advancement.
- Developing strong customer alliances and promoting functional ingredients via participation in key Industry events (e.g. tradeshows, seminars, and conferences)
- Actively shape the future of Kerry Health and Nutrition working closely with our regional Supplements Health teams to identify and explore business growth opportunities.
- Deliver the outcome through setting an obvious sales plan and goal for short term and long term.
- Provide sales forecast to the relative departments internally.
- Market analysis and understanding the competitors and their products and strategies.
Qualifications and skills - Bachelor/Master's Degree in Science or Economics, along with experience in B2B, is a prerequisite.
- Relevant working experience for 5-10 years in Health Ingredients.
- Excellent negotiating, experienced in budgeting and strategic account planning.
- Exposure in botanical/probiotics would be an added advantage.
- Possesses basic level of technical knowledge in Food science, or Nutrition.
- Flexible to travel within interstate and Domestic Travel.
- Proficient level of English and Korean.
