Job purpose

Provide technical advice to the sales team and customers to develop, sell, and successfully implement product or service solutions that will meet the customer’s needs.

 

Main accountabilities

The Application Engineer’s main responsibilities include below, but not limited to:

1.Prepare quotations to customers to meet their technical requirements and expectations, commercial conditions from sales, and delivery times from the factory.

2.Respond to inquiries from the sales team or customers about the technical aspects of the Our  products and services. 

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, competency and/or ability required.  

-.Bachelor’s degree, in automation or process (process industry), is preferred, such as Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Chemical / Materials

-.Minimum 3 years professional experience in the relevant industry  

-.Woring experience in multinational companies

-.Customer-oriented and collaborative person

-.Good communication skill

-.Good level of business English writing and speaking skills
