[채용 포지션] Retail Buying Manager or Sr. Retail Buyer or Retail Buyer (경력에 따라 협의)

- Korea, Japan and Taiwan 담당하는 regional position


[담당업무]  

1) Aligning direction with Sr Manager, Retail Buying, the Buyer is responsible for: 
- Create an assortment plan strategy & forecast in units and dollars for all stores, buys and purchases orders each season in accordance with fiscal responsibilities such as sales, margin, turnover, and works closely alongside the Visual Merchandising team to keep our business on top. 
- Creating the buy plans with Retail Buying Sr Manager, ensuring they are within the financial budget, and address consumer needs
- Preparing the seasonal hindsight with recommendations to support the development of the conceptual assortment plans - determining key product attributes, reviewing productivity and identifying key opportunities 
- Identifying market-specific seasonal opportunities and priorities based on consumer and industry trends across product categories to brief to the APAC Product Team
- Builds a strong relationship with the Product Team to collaborate on the assortment strategy to make market needs known. Drive and engages in seasonal line reviews and applies current selling and trend knowledge to support future buying strategy and product creation 
- Providing retail price goals based on consumer insights
- Creating the seasonal launch plans
- Supporting the Training Team to conduct seasonal product training to our frontline 
2) Drive GTM Calendar planning and execution collaboratively. Adopting a holistic point of view by market to craft the best GTM plan to support fiscal responsibilities and brand direction 
3) Partner with Visual Merchandising, Retail Allocation and Retail Planning 
4) Evaluate store profile by performance of product, communication and travel to the stores to manage and improve our buying strategies. Collaborate with business partners to determine the appropriate timing of initial and replenishment deliveries and to communicate needs/strategies with the Store Operations team to meet these demands. Strategizes opening assortments, quantities, and timing of deliveries for new stores in conjunction with Marketing, Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Allocation.
5) Able to coach, develop and train 
 
[자격요건]   

- 관련 경력 4년 이상

(Manager급일 경우) People Management 경력 2년 이상 

- Retail Buying 경력 필수
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 중급 이상
- Preferable second language (if any) : Mandarin / Korean/ Japanese
