IT Business Analyst

담당업무

- Provide day-to-day functional support for business applications including incidents and service requests to manage and control systems and all the interface related.

- Support business teams during project test phases, as well as on the RUN

- Ensure adequate training on how to use systems to perform business operations is efficiently organized and conducted to new hires and to operational staff.


자격요건

- 3 to 5 years of experience in an IT Business/System Analyst role

- Experience in IT system operation and maintenance.

- 영어 비즈니스 레벨 

- SAP 경험자 선호
