- 리스크관리실 법무팀

[담당업무]

- Draft and review contracts related to game development and publishing, IP licensing,

and other game services

- Review of contracts and legal issues related to business groups, corporate governance, and M&A

- Application and management of trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights,

and response to infringement of intellectual property rights at home and abroad

- Providing research and advice on business-related legal issues

- Legislation/institution, revision monitoring, and other compliance tasks

- Litigation and Dispute Management

- 게임 개발 및 퍼블리싱, IP라이센스, 기타 게임 서비스 관련 계약 작성 및 검토

- 기업집단, 기업지배구조, M&A 관련 계약 작성 및 법률 이슈 검토

- 상표/특허/기타 지적재산권의 출원 및 관리, 지적재산권 침해 대응

- 사업 관련 법률 이슈 리서치 및 자문 제공

- 법령/제도 제,개정 모니터링, 기타 컴플라이언스 업무

- 소송 및 분쟁 관리

[자격요건]

- Qualified as a lawyer in the United States

- After obtaining a lawyer's qualification, has more than 3 years of experience and not more than 5 years of experience

- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Korean

- 미국 변호사 자격

- 변호사 자격 취득 후 경력 만 3년 이상 만 5년 이하

- 한국어, 영어 능통자

[우대사항]

- Experienced in gaming, IT and content

- Experienced at in-house legal

- Hands-on experiences in M&A, investment projects and intellectual property (especially in trademark and copyright fields)

- 게임, IT, 콘텐츠 관련 업무 경험자

- 인하우스 근무 경력자

- M&A, 투자, 지적재산권(특히 상표권, 저작권 분야) 업무 경험을 보유한 자
