SCM_Logistics Assistant (1y)

주 근무지는 강남역 메리츠타워 본사이나, 일주일에 한번 안산(성곡동) 물류센터에서 근무

추후 재택근무 선택 가능

BRAND/DEPT/FUNCTION: SCM 

DIRECT REPORT TO: SCM Operation manger

OBJECTIVES

? Inbound management by monitoring good receipt lead-time of imported goods

? Local set management by working with brand teams and local assembler for on-time completion 

? Play a key role as centralized communication bridge between DC and Brand team for inbound operations

ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Inbound management

? To review notified shipment exceptions(short-ship, over-ship, wrong-ship, damaged goods, etc.) from 3PL, 

      and promptly provide guidance and instruction on the handling/treatment for the reported exception 

? To liaise amongst **** KR SC team to resolve and close the reported shipment exeption 

? To promptly post GR closure in SAP to reconcile inventory and financial posting for shortshipped SKUs/Quantities 

? Communicate with relevant teams to solve the GR backlogs

2. Local management

? To ensure local set operations are followed as per a local set SOP 

? To monitor the local set assembly progress to meet requested delivery dates

3. Reporting and Communication

? To ensure Inbound report to be updated in a timely and accurate manner 

? To support monthly invoicing such as system coding 

? To support KPI measurement for Logistics scorecard
