담당업무

As part of merchandising team, you will take a responsibility of merchandising forecasting and planning activities to successfully grow our business.

To optimize target goal of sales, profit and product rotation, this position oversees defining and driving the category plans with maximizing inventory control. 

Forecast OTB plan through developing each seasonal buying budget and monitor sales performance by each category with weekly/monthly/yearly basis

? Responsible for a timely and accurate manner of sales reports 

? Collaborating with various departments

? Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

자격요건

? At least over 8 years of merchandising experience and mindset.

? Proficient in analytical review, sensitive to numbers, extensive work experience in retail companies

? Strong background of financial forecasting insights.

? Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with business partners by excellent English and Korean skill 

? Passion for product and fashion trends.
