Responsibilities Training Contents Development under Pedagogy Director’s guidance or Business Development Manager.
ㆍDevelop new training program in accordance with market trends on yearly plan base.
ㆍDevelop new training program based on identified client needs. ㆍCustomize or tailor-made existing module to fit identified client needs. ㆍCreate supplementary training material and tools. Training Conduction ㆍDeliver training programs. ㆍFacilitate various training activities (in-class training and off-site program). ㆍConduct field coaching and visits. ㆍPresent and animate LBI workshop. Training Preparation and Closing ㆍResearch and study specific subject upon developing and customizing training contents. ㆍDesign and develop training deck and hand-out (PowerPoint). ㆍPrint and bind training material. ㆍMake all necessary training aid and related material. Operate training ㆍSet up and clean up training venue. ㆍMaintain training venue in good condition. ㆍPrepare training snacks and drinks. Stay relevant both for market and contents ㆍKeep informed of the business intelligence by trend watching on retail market. ㆍAttend conferences and meetings, workshops to keep up-to-date market trend and competitors’ programs. ㆍConduct relevant market visits (Mystery Shopping for B2B clients ? existing/ potential) Consult with a client ㆍMeet with a client to better response about identified client’s needs and to propose customized training programs in detail in partnership with Business Developer. ㆍConduct debriefing session with clients for improvements, cross-selling and up-selling upon BD’s request. ㆍ5+ years of experience in luxury, retail, hospitality or consumer goods’ industries. - ㆍSolid professional experience in Learning & Development (preferably in retail filed).
- ㆍExperience in key accounts, trade marketing and sales development.
- ㆍPrioritization, agility, balancing between quality and quantity, clear communication skill is a must.
- ㆍMust be a team-player with a high level of communication and presentation skills.
- ㆍHigh English proficiency both in written and spoken is a must.
- ㆍExcellent level of Microsoft Office Suite skill ? PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
