담당업무

- Provide accurate diagnostics and estimation service for all customers watches.

- To provide professional technical assessment and services to our clients

- Repair all types of quartz, mechanical and simple complication watches

- Examine watches, remove any damaged parts; repair or replace any faulty parts; clean each parts; reassemble, lubricate and adjust the timepiece; test the accuracy of the repaired item

- Provide basic polishing-refurbishing service.

- To ensure timely completion of all after-sales services and repairs as requested by clients and in accordance to stipulated time frame

- Carry our interventions on watches according to the Hermes standards, guideline and ensure perfect technical function of the product

자격요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : At least 3 years

Must be able to work well under pressure to meet customer service levels
