An L&D Manager position is now available at an international automotive manufacturer. The selected candidate will be analysing learning needs, developing tailored programs, and establishing a positive organisational culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse the learning needs of employees across all levels of the organisation
  • Develop comprehensive learning programs tailored to individual and organisational needs
  • Establish monthly and yearly learning program related work and level
  • Create specialised learning programs for high-potential talents within the organisation
  • Operate key policies and establish a positive organisational culture
  • Conduct organisational diagnosis through surveys to identify areas for improvement
  • Support overall organisational culture initiatives and lead change management efforts

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of professional experience is preferred
  • 5-7 years of learning & development experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Workday, and HRIS
  • Understanding of principles and procedures for the learning program
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Native level Korean; proficient in English
