An L&D Manager position is now available at an international automotive manufacturer. The selected candidate will be analysing learning needs, developing tailored programs, and establishing a positive organisational culture.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse the learning needs of employees across all levels of the organisation
- Develop comprehensive learning programs tailored to individual and organisational needs
- Establish monthly and yearly learning program related work and level
- Create specialised learning programs for high-potential talents within the organisation
- Operate key policies and establish a positive organisational culture
- Conduct organisational diagnosis through surveys to identify areas for improvement
- Support overall organisational culture initiatives and lead change management efforts
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of professional experience is preferred
- 5-7 years of learning & development experience
- Knowledge of MS Office, Workday, and HRIS
- Understanding of principles and procedures for the learning program
- Excellent communication skills
- Native level Korean; proficient in English
