A global consumer goods company is looking for a Service & Operation Supervisor. The selected applicant will manage daily operations, analyse customer feedback, monitor product quality, and contribute to business strategy decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service in daily operations including handling inquiries, tracking service quality, and providing regular service reports
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to provide strategic business advice
- Monitor product quality and communicate findings with relevant stakeholders
- Lead the team in designing, upgrading, or changing work streams and systems for improved efficiency
- Develop and coach team members, supporting their growth and development
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to contribute to business strategies
Requirements:
- More than 7 years of professional experience
- Prior experience in customer service
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in premium FMCG or premium durable industry is a plus
- Prior leadership experience is advantageous
- Experience in business operation and office admin is desirable
- Background in Salesforce or CX is preferred
- Proficient in written and verbal English
