A global consumer goods company is looking for a Service & Operation Supervisor. The selected applicant will manage daily operations, analyse customer feedback, monitor product quality, and contribute to business strategy decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service in daily operations including handling inquiries, tracking service quality, and providing regular service reports
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to provide strategic business advice
  • Monitor product quality and communicate findings with relevant stakeholders
  • Lead the team in designing, upgrading, or changing work streams and systems for improved efficiency
  • Develop and coach team members, supporting their growth and development
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to contribute to business strategies

Requirements:

  • More than 7 years of professional experience
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in premium FMCG or premium durable industry is a plus
  • Prior leadership experience is advantageous
  • Experience in business operation and office admin is desirable
  • Background in Salesforce or CX is preferred
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
