ㆍDevelop and implement global retail excellence initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive sales performance.

• ㆍCommunicate retail KPIs, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence 
• ㆍCollaborate with Retail Management and Retail Learning & Development function to enhance the capabilities of retail teams.
• ㆍAnalyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the retail environment.
• ㆍWork closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, communication, etc. to drive integrated retail strategies and initiatives.
• ㆍEstablish strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.

자격요건

• • ㆍBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • ㆍ10+ years of experience in retail excellence, retail management, or any relevant 
  • ㆍExtensive knowledge of luxury retail industry trends and best practices.
  • ㆍProven track record of driving retail excellence and achieving business results.
  • ㆍStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
