-. General management of all Seoul centres on a day to day basis to ensure best performance and continual improvement in the Five Key Result Areas  

(i) sales/marketing (ii) profit/financial (iii) client / services (iv) team management  

(v) centre appearance /operation processes  

Coordinates, directs and leads managers/team’s performance achieve profitability 

and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company assuring 100% client satisfaction 

▣ Key Responsibilities 

-.  Sales and Marketing  (role is 70% sales and 30% operations/team management)

-.  Client Service, Management and Satisfaction 

-.  Implementation and Monitoring of operations systems, standards and processes  

-.  Profit and Financial Control, Debtors control 

-.  Team Management
