1. Marketing planning and execution

Develop
and execute comprehensive marketing and communication plans to support product
launches, campaigns, and ongoing brand
initiatives ensuring consistency with brand positioning
and equity.

Stay
abreast of emerging trends, technologies, consumer needs and best practices in
the
cosmetics industry , integrating new insights
into marketing and communication strategies to
drive innovation and competitive advantage.
?
Take
ownership of marketing plans and activities including new product launches and
product
renewal, create the right message, promotion,
merchandising guidelines, on/offline campaigns,
and product/price management plan for success in
the Korea market.
?
Manage the
PR and Communications pillar and lead local adaptation and creation of
compelling
marketing contents and assets including digital
campaigns, social media contents, influencer
partnership and activations.
?
Collaborate
with cross functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of marketing
activities.
?
Understand
key business drivers per channel mix and implement strategy accordingly.
?
Communicate
and align with HQ and region
2. P&L Management with strong commercial skill
?
Manage the
brand’s marketing/ A&P budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize
ROI
and achieve business objectives.
?
Accurate
forecast planning through data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
Oversee
and monitor financial implications of forecasts.
?
Monitor
and analyze the performance and productivities of marketing campaigns, using
data
driven insights to optimize strategies for the
efficiency.
3. Develop talents and capabilities

Provides
leadership, guidance, and management to the Marketing and Consumer Engagement
team, fostering a collaborative and
high-performance culture.

Clearly
sets performance objectives and communicates priorities and required results.

Provides

Works with
Human Resource to ensure appropriate staffing and resource allocation, and to

Qualifications:
1.
Education : Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent
2.
Experience :

At least
10 years of marketing and relevant experiences
?
Strong
understanding of the consumer journey and omni channel experience.
?
Experience
in leading and developing a team.
