캠퍼스 홍보활동 중 `고객 100명 확보` 보다 많은 130명에게 체크카드를 발급하였습니다.부스를 설치하고 기다렸지만, 정오까지 확보한 고객은 단 8명. 문제점을 해결하고자 세 가지 전략을 실행하였습니다. 먼저 이성을 공략하여 전단을 나누어주었고, 거부율 0%를 달성하였습니다. 그리고 학생들을 만나기 위해 학생식당으로 찾아갔고, 대화하며 공감대를 형성하였습니다. 그리고 상품의 강점인 `영화관람료`할인을 언급하며 학생의 관심을 이끌어냈고, 그 결과 목표보다 많은 학생이 찾아와 1시간 더 카드발급을 했습니다.
[The man who gives a debit card]
I have issued 130 debit cards above the original objective to customers when I was promoting bank’s event. We set up the booth and waited students. But we just secured 8 customer till noon. I looked around the circumstance and analyzed student’s behavior in order to solve the problem. As a result, I figured out the problem and made 3 strategies. At first, we divided teams two women and two men. And then women team gave brochures to men, other team gave brochures to women.
After that we got a 0% rejection rate. Second, We visited a university cafeteria to meet students. Because they hardly came to our booth. And we had a conversation to make them comfortable before promoting our goods. After having a conversation, I mentioned a popular movie and the benefit of debit card which offers discount of movie. Because I knew that university student is into watching a movie and discount benefit. In the end, around 130 student came to the booth to issue a debit card and we worked their an hour more.
